Customer service for mobile companies is never a desired function to contact. Most individuals would rather not talk to customer service, as it means they have an issue with their phone. Staff members at local Sprint stores are typically helpful, but it does require you to stop by a local facility, which requires both time and money. The personnel on the Sprint customer service hotline do their best to service your request, although, like many other service options, you must wait a great deal of time on hold. This is rather frustrating if you are in a hurry.
